Conditions of use

The e-commerce site www.cocoeko.fr (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") is published by Lunako, a limited liability company with capital of 10,000 euros, registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 929 724 250, having its registered office at 51-55 boulevard de Strasbourg, 59000 Lille.

The present general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply exclusively between any natural person with full legal capacity (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") and the company Lunako SARL (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). They cover all items and services offered on the Site. The GCS can be consulted from any page of the Site. Any order implies the Customer's prior acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and of the prices in force.

I. Products

Items available for sale on the Site are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to withdraw any item or modify the associated information at any time. Descriptions and photographs are as accurate as possible, but non-substantial errors may occur, which the Customer accepts. In the event of non-conformity of the product delivered, the Customer may invoke the conformity guarantee to obtain a refund.

II. Customer

To place an order, the Customer must create an account by entering personal information. The customer must check the accuracy of this information, as the company cannot be held responsible for any errors.

III. Ordering

Validation of an order implies acceptance of the GCS. A confirmation summarizing the products ordered, quantities and prices is sent by email to the Customer.

IV. Prices and terms of payment

Les prix sur le Site sont indiqués en euros, toutes taxes comprises (TTC), hors frais d’expédition. Les frais d’expédition sont précisés avant la validation de la commande. Le paiement s’effectue en ligne via la plateforme sécurisée PAYPLUG. En cas de paiement en plusieurs fois, le Client accepte les conditions générales de Oney x PayPlug.

V. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, except during exceptional periods (e.g. sales). Deliveries are made by La Poste, Mondial Relay or Chronopost, to the address indicated by the customer, in France and abroad on request.

Deliveries to certain countries may be subject to taxes and customs duties, at the customer's expense.

VI. Right of withdrawal

Personalized products do not benefit from the right of withdrawal. For other products, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise this right.

VII. Returns and refunds

The customer may request a refund within 14 days of receipt of the product. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or non-compliant. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

VIII. Warranties and liabilities

The articles benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, in accordance with the articles of the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.

X. Protection of personal data

Les données personnelles sont collectées avec le consentement du Client et traitées conformément à la loi Informatique et Libertés. Le Client dispose d’un droit d’accès, de rectification et d’opposition, qu’il peut exercer en écrivant au service client à l’adresse suivante : 7 rue Louis Delos, 59800 Lille.

XI. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Customer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed.
